La Trelle grew up in Llano and graduated from Llano High School in 1939.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to any church or charity of choice. Von was employed as a Master Mechanic for over 35 years in Maryland, while residing with wife and children in Annandale, Virginia, for over 50 years. Von loved people; he enjoyed social events such as, picnics, bbq’s, fish fry’s, parades as well as fellowship with lodge brothers, In younger times, he was an avid hunter and fisherman, pretty much anywhere he was allowed.
He was born March 31, 1932, at his family home in Southhampton Township, Chaneysville, Pennsylvania; he was the first son to the late Floyd V. He took pleasure in stock car racing from cars he had built.
Graveside services will follow at Llano City Cemetery. Kenneth Ray Painter passed away Monday, December 11, 2017 in Marble Falls, Texas at the age of 82.
He was born September 24, 1935 in Plainview, Texas to James Ernest Painter and Lottie (Cornell).
Mary Ellen is survived by a son Thomas Earl Davis of Tow, two daughters Laura Kay Lindley of Mertzon and Clarice Pittman of Llano, two grandsons Logan Kuykendall Davis of Llano and Thomas Jay Shipp of Van Horn, three granddaughters, Staci Rene Williams of New Braunsfel, Laura Lee Johnson of Blanco and Miranda Leigh Tankersley of Mertzon , twelve great grandchildren and one sister, May Beth Evans Chew of Kerrville.
She was preceded in death by her husband Clarence Davis and an infant son Gregory Lane Davis, her parents, brothers Walton R.Additionally, he was an avid football fan and Nascar, armchair participant.In his twilight years, he enjoyed watching the wildlife at Lake Buchanan.She is also survived by three grandchildren, David Steinbach and wife Rebecca, Mark Steinbach and wife, Shanna and Wendy Wallingford and husband Brian and six great-grandchildren. She was born April 26, 1936 in Post, Texas to Oman Ticer and Della (Lantroupe).In 1977 Ken went back to his first love, professional football, when he became the offensive line coach for the Denver Broncos for the 1977 – 1978 seasons in which he coached the offensive line in Super Bowl XII against the Dallas Cowboys. A funeral service will be held at Waldrope-Hatfield-Hawthorne Funeral Chapel Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at A. Junelle was a resident of Tow, Texas for 37 years since coming from Plainview, Texas.Tommy was a lifetime resident of Llano, Texas and attended the First Baptist Church of Llano.
